When is Ariana Grande’s ‘Fortnite’ concert? Time, cost

Can we stay up all night? Watch Ari on “Fortnite”?

Pop star Ariana Grande is headlining the Rift Tour on the popular video game “Fortnite” all weekend long. According to Epic Games, the immersive experience – inspired by the Grammy winner’s bops library – will take place Friday through Sunday in the virtual world of the hit survival game.

“Working with Epic and the Fortnite team to bring my music to life in the game has been so much fun and such an honor,” Grande said earlier this month in a statement.

“I can’t wait to join my fans and see your reactions to a magical and unforgettable journey to new realities.”

Like the game itself, admission to Grande’s ‘Fortnite’ extravaganza is completely free – though Epic Games recommends software download and connection at least one hour before the show time.

The Rift Virtual Tour begins Friday at 3:00 p.m. Pacific, with subsequent screenings on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., as well as Sunday at 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Fans can participate in the game through PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Android devices, PC and Mac.

Once inside the game, players will be entitled to “popular tracks” by artist “Positions”, associated with “moments based on elements of the game”. Participants can also download new character avatars inspired by Grande and her pet pig, Piggy Smallz.

“With the Rift Tour, we are bringing to life a musical journey that players can experience, feel and join alongside their friends,” Phil Rampulla, brand manager at Epic Games, said in a statement.

“We are so grateful that an iconic superstar like Ariana Grande and her team are joining us for a metaverse-scale musical experience.”
