Free Christmas dinner scheduled for Saturday
Harvest Church in Natrona Heights, Harrison, will serve a free Christmas dinner from noon to 4 p.m. or until food runs out on Saturday at the church, 1333 Freeport Road.
The menu will include ham, mashed potatoes, corn and a bun. No reservation is required.
Drive-thru food distribution scheduled for Tuesday at Pittsburgh Mills
The Alegheny Valley Association of Churches and the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank will be holding a drive-thru food distribution for anyone in need from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday in the parking lot of the former JC Penney store at the Pittsburgh Mills Galleria, Frazer .
Reservations are required before 5 p.m. on Monday to ensure sufficient food is available. A limited number of home deliveries are also available for residents of postal codes 15076, 15084, 15065 and 15024.
