Foundation Home Loans has entered into an agreement with ULS technology to provide digital back office support to the specialist lender.
The Bracknell-based lender said the move would allow it to deliver electronic offers and certificates of title to clients more quickly.
The agreement also supports a full panel of lawyers and will also provide access to a select panel of lawyers with expertise in buy-to-let situations, such as multi-occupancy homes.
Thame-based ULS technology provides back-office management for several mortgage lenders, such as the Principality Building Society, Hodge and Habito.
Sandra Robson-Clark, Head of Loans at Foundation Home Loans, says, “We are always looking for ways to improve the experience we provide to our clients and this partnership with ULS technology allows us to offer expertise, speed. and increased security. The integration of technology will bring benefits to everyone in the process, helping transactions run more efficiently and more reliably. “
Paul Saunders, CTO of Lender Services at ULS, adds: “Our partnership will enable the delivery of electronic offers and certificates of title to speed up the process and give Foundation clients access to a greater choice of high-quality transport companies with expertise in specialized purchasing to let. “
